James Cameron's New Project

Listen up, Avatar fans. James Cameron, the beloved director of Titanic, Terminator II, and, yes, Avatar, is folding up his directorial chair and instead picking up the proverbial pen.

No he's not writing the screenplay for Avatar II, he's writing an Avatar NOVEL.

This new book will take place before the events leading up to Avatar and will, according to Cameron, be even more successful than the top-grossing movie of all time.

Well, James...good luck. You're going to need it.

I don't know about you, but I can't wait to see where this goes. My bet is the book sucks. What do you guys think?

J.K. Rowling Sued for Plagiarism

Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling has been sued for plagiarism of certain parts of Harry Potter and The Goblet of Fire.

Rowling called the accusations against her "unfounded" and "absurd", and called for the cases dismissal.

The allegations from the estate of Adrian Jacobs, author of the book "The Adventures of Willy the Wizard -- No 1 Livid Land" from which Rowling was to have copied, claim a substantial amount of the fourth Harry Potter book was plagiarized.

In response Rowling stated, "The fact is I had never heard of the author or the book before the first accusation by those connected to the author's estate in 2004; I have certainly never read the book."

Reality check.

The estate of Adrian Jacobs is simply looking for a simple way to make some easy cash. They are preying on the success of the Harry Potter franchise, a series of books that stemmed from nothing but the hard work and creativity of its author.

Shame on the estate Adrian Jacobs!

Conan's Beard Strikes Again!

Apparently, Conan has let himself go. But who's to blame him? I sure would let myself go if I was fired from my job as Tonight Show host...

It is just me or does he actually look BETTER with that beard of his. If you remember, back during the writer's strike, Conan sported a thick red beard in protest of the strike. What do you guys think?

But good things are ahead for Conan. He'll be back and he'll be better than ever. Check back for photos of Conan's new beard.

For now, check out Conan's "Strike" beard below.
